Everyone in the Illawarra should be well aware of the i98FM Camp Quality Convoy on the 20th of November! It's an annual one day fundraising event for Camp Quality and now in it's 7th year, but why should Northern Districts Cricket Club support Camp Quality?

This coming Thursday Night at 5:30pm at training (rain, hail, or shine) will see i98fm's Marty Haynes and his wife Kylie-Anne at the clubhouse along with Curtis to discuss Camp Quality and Camp Convoy. We are asking that each and every player in the club can attend this session as the Butchers are looking to provide volunteers to help on the weekend (both Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th November) of Camp Convoy.

The roles involved are very easy and there are professionals involved, so basically we are required to point people in the right direction, clean up if required and some other very basic roles.

On Thursday Night there are free beers, a free BBQ and the new club playing shirts from Sommers, have arrived and will be handed out to players, however you need to be there Thursday Night to get your shirts.

Curtis does a significant amount for the club and we want to repay him by providing good numbers for this event.

Kylie-Anne will explain how easy the roles are and we will discuss transport options for those concerned about the early start, so we can all attend together.

Please come along as again, we would hope each player will attend to see what Curtis, Marty & Kylie-Anne have to say.

This may not be a direct influence on your life right now, but we simply ask you consider the impact this has had on some of the families in your club that have experienced the impact of cancer.
