| PROFILE |
Gary is a club legend. Maybe more know to the older players for his eccentric personality & off field exploits, Spider was always a very handy opening batsman and keeper with the Butchers.
After a few seasons away from Cricket, Spider has returned and seems hungrier than ever to win a title this season. Also Gary is keen to assist the club in helping out young players on the field. An aspect that the Butchers are obviously focusing on this season.
One pleasing aspect is that Gary has an absolute steely resolve to not give his wicket away and prides himself and that fact. A great cricket brain and possibly has the best off-field stories within the club alongside good bloke mate, Dave Joinking.
